Frank E. Peel, 82 years, lifelong resident of the Evart area, died Nov. 6, 1970, at the Billy Beemer residence, following a long illness. Frank Peel, the son of Charles and Lucy Leeman Peel, was born Jan. 16, 1882 at Avondale. Mr. Peel farmed for several years and later was a produce buyer. Two children preceded him in death. Florence died in 1921 and Lawrence in 1939. He is survived by one daughter Mrs. James (Dorothy Robbins of Ada, Mi., Six grandchildren, and nine great grand children. Services were conducted from the Corey Funeral Home on Monday, Nov. 9th at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Louis M. Thompson officiating. Burial in Cherry Valley Cemetery.
